72Charlotte Puanani "Tootsie" Palama, 72, of Ewa Beach died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born on Kauai. She is survived by son Ezra Cruz, daughters Jodie Brede and Royce "Cookie" Ruiz, brother Stanley, sister Linda May Fountain, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
