83Thomas Lee Osurman, 75, of Honolulu, a retired police lieutenant for the Honolulu Police Department, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by caregiver Faith Osurman; sons Scott and Mark; daughters Tammy and Lorelei; brothers Victor Jr., Gilbert and Dennis; and sisters Mercedes Jane Padello and Florencia Osurman. Visitation: 4 p.m. Saturday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 5 p.m. Scattering of ashes to be held at a later date. Aloha attire. Leis welcome.
