Richard T. Isa, 81, of Mililani, a retired Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Co. employee, a civil service commissioner and an Army veteran, died in Mililani. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Gladys; sons Gelvin, Kelsey and Alton; daughter Wendy Nishimura; sisters Betty Komesu and Rose Shimabukuro; and eight grandchildren. Visitation: 4 p.m. Saturday at Kahului Hongwanji Mission, 291 S. Puunene Ave., Maui. Services: 5 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
