Thomas Oliver "Tom" Finch, 83, of Honolulu, a retired state juvenile probation officer and an Army retiree, died in Honolulu. He was born in Buffalo, N.Y. He is survived by wife Kathleen Ung, former wife Beverly Kelly, son Michael K., daughters Laurie Finch and Claudia Kirk, and four grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 11:30 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. No flowers.
