Chisae "Chic" Nakagawara, 82, of Honolulu, a Bank of Hawaii retiree, died in Honolulu. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by daughter Lynn, hanai daughter Kristi Miyashiro, brothers Herbert and Richard Toda, and sisters Lillian Haina and Lois Katsuki. Private services.
