80Cirila Africa "Elling" Ibous, 78, of Ewa Beach died in Honolulu. She was born in Badoc, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by husband Elpidio; sons Larry, Fred, Jessie, Jeffrey and Arthur; daughters Gliceria Ranada, Helen Pascua, Linda Jalimao, Julie Gases and Marites and Elsie Ibous; brother Rogelio Africa; sister Vicenta Bulong; 20 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Saturday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Rosary: 6:30 p.m. Final services and burial to be held in the Philippines. Aloha attire.
