77Gail Schmidt, 72, of Waianae, a Hawaiian Dredging Construction Co. Inc. retiree, died in Waianae. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughters Helena Schmidt and Kelly Bumanglag Schmidt, hanai daughter Gail K. Lee, brother Bobby, 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Celebration of life: 1 p.m. Saturday at 89-226 Pililaau Ave., Waianae. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
