76Norma Nobuko Higa, 84, of Pearl City, a state retiree, died in Kapolei. She was born in Ewa. She is survived by son Burt; daughters Fern Nishigata and Rae Chow; brothers Harry and Roy; sisters Joen Kaneshiro, Jean Nishikawa and Jeanette Higa; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Sunday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
