Robert D. "Bob" Livsey Sr., 81, of Hilo, a retired Navy chief petty officer, died in Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Aurora, Ill. He is survived by wife Jacqueline "Jackie"; sons Robert D. "Bob," John D. and Philip L.; daughters Cheryl A. Gayser, Miulana F. Livsey-Carver and Mona K.
