77Susan Hisae Tsukayama, 92, of Lihue, formerly of Kalaheo, Kauai, a retired Ray's Appliance and TV Repair Service bookkeeper, died in Garden Isle Health Care. She was born in Koloa, Kauai. She is survived by sons Calvin and Jeffrey, brother Asahi Okamoto, sister Sally Okamoto, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Private services.
