80Randy Scott Henry Jester, 49, of Kaneohe, a construction worker, died in Kailua. He was born in Mississippi. He is survived by son Kamreyn Iseri; parents Eleanor Sotelo-Rutledge and Dennis Rutledge; brothers Billy and Daniel Jester, and Eugene Vierra; and sisters Linda Apo, Terry Jester and Marilyn Vierra.
