79Andrew Pine Kauai Jr., 56, of Waimea, Hawaii, a cowboy and ranch hand for the Ulupalakua and Parker ranches, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Kula, Maui. He is survived by companion Katie Cooper; sons Wesley and Ty; stepfather Merton Kekiwi Sr.; brothers Dana Gibson, Ronnie and Willy Kauai, Rick, Merton Jr. and Charles Kekiwi, Haia Auweloa and Kaimi Kona'aihele; and sisters Cherllee Fukumitsu and Doreen Kekiwi. Visitation: 9 a.m. Jan. 31 at Kahua Ranch at Kohala Mountain Road. Services: 11 a.m. Maui visitation: 2 p.m. Feb. 26 at Oskie Rice Arena on Olinda Road, Makawao. Services: 4 p.m. Private inurnment.
