79Beverly D. "Mama" Blake, 82, of Honolulu, a halfway house caregiver, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. She was born in Chicago. She is survived by daughters Lynetta D. "Lynn" Collins, Michelle Lathan and Trinita R. Farmer; sons Derrick Lathan, Darren Farmer and Alexander "Fiame" Blake; brother Attaway Armstrong; 14 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
