Raymond Kaliano Obra, 89, of Honolulu, a retired Army master sergeant, died in Honolulu. He was born in Makawao, Maui. He is survived by sons Kermit, Dexter and Lance; 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Wednesday at the Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa. Mass: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
