83Dulce Samaniego Toledo, 77, of Ewa Beach, a Navy Exchange employee, died in Honolulu. She was born in Kawit, Cavite, Philippines. She is survived by husband Rodolfo R., son Roland S., daughters Rosemary Mafnas and Ruth Duenez, and seven grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Wake service: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 8:15 a.m. Thursday at the chapel. Prayer service: 9 a.m. Committal service: 11 a.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
