74Francis "Pele" Pelekane, 77, of Hilo, a Parker Ranch cowboy, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Holualoa, Hawaii. He is survived by son Robert-Francis; daughters Lushanya Kawaauhau, Weegee Aki and Leesha-Deen Pelekane; 10 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
