Ignatius Samuel McCabe "Iggie" Hipa, 82, of Kailua, a retired Army master sergeant, died in Ann Pearl Nursing Facility in Kaneohe. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Jacqueline "Jacque"; son Kirk; hanai son Joshua K.; brother Benjamin K.; sisters Margaret Peters, Bernadette "Bernie" Borges and Veronica "Ronnie" Pratt; and a grandchild. Visitation: 4 p.m. Friday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Kailua. Military honors: 5:15 p.m. Eulogy: 5:30 p.m. Mass: 6 p.m. Casual attire.
