Tadayuki Ishizaki, also known as "Ali" and "Tad," 94, of Honolulu, a retired Honolulu Star-Bulletin lithographer and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Mutsumi; son Darryl Y.; daughters Lynn Y. Ishizaki, Gwen H. Okada and Claire S. Rivers; caregiver Alan Rivers; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 5 p.m. Thursday at Makiki Christian Church. Services: 6 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers. Incorrect information printed in an obituary Saturday.
