Thomas Shigeru Ooka, 92, of Honolulu, a retired construction analyst for the Department of Housing & Urban Development and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife June, sons Nelson and Jason, daughters Michele Kuwaye and Ralene Ooka, brother Minoru and four grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Wednesday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 4 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
