72Todd McClelland Sterner, 63, of Kailua-Kona, a charter boat captain, died in Nakamaru Hale. He was born in Baltimore. He is survived by daughter Lauren Capser, son Christian, caregivers Jon Boucher and Will Jordan, and three grandchildren. Private services.
