72Larry Shigeru Irei, 92, of Honolulu, a retired Oahu Transit Services mechanic, died in Pearl City. He was born in Leilehua. He is survived by wife Betsy F.; son Michael T.; daughter Lynn T. Sugiyama; brother George M.; sisters Nancy H. Asato, Aiko Shiroma and June O. Akamine; a grandchild; and a great-grandchild. Private services.
