76Evangeline Abella Ayson, 72, of Kailua-Kona, a retired housekeeper at Kona by the Sea Resort, ABC Store clerk and a teacher's aide at Kahakai Elementary School, died at home. She was born in Manila. She is survived by daughter Jane, son David Jr., mother Francisca Abella, brother Terry Abella and three grandchildren. Visitation: 7 a.m. Feb. 7 at Central Kona Union Church, Kealakekua. Services: 9:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Kona Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
