Sally V. Mitter, 93, of Honolulu died in Arcadia Retirement Residence. She was born in Strawberry Point, Iowa. She is survived by sons Charlie and Joe, sister Kathryn McCormick, stepbrother Charlie Weaver and two grandchildren.
