75Arthur Hiroo "Art" Tani, 69, of Honolulu, a retired health educator for the state Department of Health, died in Honolulu. He was born in Oakland, Calif. He is survived by wife Hong S., sons Austin and Koby, brother Ernie and sisters Nancy Siu, Grace Canfield and Alice Tani. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Diamond Head Mortuary.
