GEORGE SHIGERU YOSHISHIGE Age 83, Waipahu, HI, passed away December 16, 2014 in Waipahu, HI. Born February 21, 1931 in Hilo, HI. A member and secretary of the Leeward Lions Club. A Captain in the U.S. Army. An active member of the Waipahu United Church of Christ. He is survived by wife, Hiroko Uesato Yoshishige; son, Alan Masato (Yasuko) Yoshishige; daughters, Lois Kiyono (Jerry Gleason) Yoshishige, Jean Mitsuko (Mark) Au; brother, Joseph (Satsue) Yoshishige; 5 grandchildren. Visitation 9:30 a.m., Saturday (Feb. 7) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Memorial Service 10:30 a.m. Casual attire.
