76James Allen Stanford, 40, of Kurtistown, Hawaii, a scaffolding industry worker, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Pasadena, Texas. He is survived by daughters Kylee and Alexius, and half sisters Sherry Jacobo and Melissa Cruz. Celebration of life and urn committal in Humble, Texas.
