74Thomas Junichi Teragawa, 60, of Puhi, Kauai, a senior clerk for the Kauai County Liquor Commission, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Carol Kawado-Teragawa, daughter Ann Anderson, sister Iris Kansaku and a grandchild. Private services.
