73Carol-Ann Leolani "Kako" Borges, 59, of Kailua, an office manager for Buzz's Original Steakhouse in Kailua, died. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband George J.K., son Kully Burnet, daughter Kaiulani "Kaisy" Puckett, stepfather Wallace Teves, brothers Arthur and Robert Boyd, sister Gail Boyd and two grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Kailua. Mass: 10:30 a.m. Casual attire.
