Richmond Ahsee Apaka, 84, of Lihue, a retired Air Force lieutenant colonel and airline pilot, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Nawiliwili, Kauai. He is survived by son Lee K., daughter Ann A. Whitley, brother Kenneth, sister Hilda, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Private services.
