Martin J. Boccuto, 78, of Salisbury, Conn., an attorney, died in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. He was born in Philadelphia. He is survived by wife Barbara D.; and sons Phillip, Thomas and Martin Jr. Services held. Donations suggested to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
