Barbara Jean "Bobby" Legaspi, 78, of Hilo, a state special education aide and a Women's Army Corps veteran, died in Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. She was born in Honokaa, Hawaii. She is survived by son Randall; daughters Laura Murashige and Lisa and Liana Legaspi; hanai son Shaun K.; brother Royden Pilapil; sister Darlene Paaluhi; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Urn burial: 9 a.m. Friday at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
