Jean Toshie Arakawa, 81, of Honolulu, a retired Department of Education teacher for Aiea High School, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born on Molokai. She is survived by husband Sam, daughter Aura-Ann Lee, brothers Ralph and Ronald Takase, sisters Molly Kubo and Joyce Saiki, and a grandchild. Private services.
