Gerald Timothy Sullivan, 81, of Kailua, a retired Navy pilot and retired Mitre Corp. network engineer, died in Kailua. He was born in Elmira, N.Y. He is survived by son Gerald T. Jr.; daughters Jaclyn F. Frederick, Candace M. and Barbara A. Sullivan, Kristin L. Paulo and Carol J. Pierce; sisters Anne Starr and Joan Witaker; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Inurnment: 2 p.m. Friday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Kailua. Services: 10 a.m. Aloha attire.
