Paul H. Morikawa, 71, of Mililani, proprietor of PHM Construction, former business manager for Iron Workers Union Local 625 and a Hawaii Air National Guard veteran, died in Mililani. He was born in Wailuku. He is survived by wife Elsie, daughters Debra McMillan and Carrie Hata, brother Wilbert and five grandchildren. Private services.
