Anthony Siangco, 51, of Kaneohe, a city groundskeeper at Ala Moana Beach Park and an Army National Guard veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Tracey; son Jeremy J.K. Brown; brothers Patrick, Pascasio Jr., Erwin, Ernest and Frederick; and sisters Marilyn, Maryann, Theresa and Katharine.
