GEORGE MCKIBBIN, IV December 8, 1951 to February 1, 2015 George "Pete" McKibbin, passed away after a lengthy illness in Knoxville, Tennessee. Pete was born at camp Lejeune, North Carolina, the eldest child of George McKibbin Ill and Sheila dePasquale McKibbin. He is survived by his son J.P., wife Elizabeth and two grand- children, his mother, Sheila and brothers, Michael, Adrian, Angus, Sean, and Owen and sisters Sheila and Claudia. Pete graduated from Hawaii Preparatory Academy, in 1970, and from Chaminade University in Honolulu, where he received a degree in Business Administration/ Accounting. He was a certified public accountant. Services Monday, February 16 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic church in Pinehurst, North Carolina. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hawaii Preparatory Academy Advancement Fund.
