80John Byron Powers, 76, of Mansfield, Wash., a mechanic, fabricator and construction worker, and a Navy veteran, died in Mansfield. He was born in Tulsa, Okla. He is survived by wife Anna May; sons John and Chris; daughters JoAnn Randall, Rose Smart, Ida Monroe and Jackie Tupling; 15 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Services in Mansfield. No flowers. Donations suggested to the Caleb J. Powers Memorial Scholarship or Mansfield Ambulance.
