Long Woo Kang, 80, of Riverside, Calif., formerly of Hawaii, a state Highways Division engineer and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Captain Cook, Hawaii. He is survived by brothers Samuel "Sammy" Kang Sr. and Edward Kim. Private services.
