Frederick Larry Cadang, 77, of Aiea, a retired Hawaiian Tel technical training instructor and an Air Force veteran, died in Aiea. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Annette V.; daughters Francine Dumlao, Rochelle Santiago and Stephanie Boyd; sons Michael and Kevin; sister Cecilia Laboy; 15 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchil- dren.
