72Penelope Neri, 63, of Mililani, an author, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Ipswich, Suffolk, England. She is survived by husband Harvey S., sons Jonathan and James, daughter Robyn N. Fishkin, sisters Elizabeth Tinson and Amanda Simmons, and three grandchildren.
