75Robert "Bob" Gilkey, 86, of Olympia, Wash., a lobbyist for the Hawaii Fire Fighters Association and Hawaii Electricians Local Union 1186 IBEW, died in Olympia. He was born in Oakland, Calif. He is survived by sons John Henry, Philip Michael, Daniel Francis, Joseph Errol and Vincent Anthony; daughters Cristina Gilkey and Victoria Gomes; and nine grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Monday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Visitation: 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at Borthwick Mortuary.
