Walter Shizuka "Chico" Ishikawa, 92, of Mililani, a retired Standard Plumbing Inc. supervisor, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughters Janis Anzai and Lila Kuraya, brothers Eddie S. and Richard S., three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services.
