MADELINE M. SIMEONA 84, of Las Vegas, passed away peacefully Feb. 7, 2015, at home, from cancer complications. "Marling" or "Maddy" was married to the late Ellsworth L. Simeona. She loved to cook. But most of all, she loved writing letters, sharing pictures and sending special occasion cards to family and close, long-time friends from Hawaii to across the United States. She is survived by her children, Douglas Mau and Kelcy Takamine; grandchildren, Kristi Cabana, Kelly Flickinger and Cody Booth; great-grand- children, Chad Jr., Chance and Chrostopher Cabana; younger brothers and their families, Alfred Esteban, Albert Esteban, George Esteban, David Esteban, Ernest Esteban and Joseph Bautista; and her nephews and their families from deceased older sister, Juanita Dela Cruz Akimseu; Keith Hipol and Alvin Akimseu. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 20, at Davis Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., Las Vegas, Nevada. Casual attire.
