72Sparky Luther Kalani Sevigny, aka Luther Todd, 70, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaiian Dredging land surveyor and a retired operating engineer, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by companion Laura Pettit; son Arthur; daughter Ashlee Silva; brother Jody Brehm; sisters Puanani Fievet, Signe Dela Cruz, Lori-Dee Paulo-Robb and Jay-Dee Ake; and six grandchildren.
