YOUK TCHONG (DORIS) CHING Age 76, of Pacific Palisades, passed away on January 17, 2015, at Queen's Medical Center. Born in Papeete, Tahiti, she was a self-employed seamstress, child care provider and former cook for Diner's Drive-In. She is survived by her husband, Melvin; daughters, Leila (Mitchel) Kagawa and Leslie Ching; grandchildren, Jordan and Trevor Kagawa; sisters, Helene Blevins, Suzanne Chanteau, Mylene Chalons and Eliane Koan. Visitation from 10:00 a.m. Thursday, February 26, 2015, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary; service 11:00 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery. Aloha attire.
