82Eleanor Fultz Ballou, 94, of Honolulu, a retired U.S. government librarian at Tachikawa Air Base Japan, Clark Air Base and Hickam Air Force Base, died in Aloha Nursing & Rehab Centre. She was born in Tracy City, Tenn. She is survived by son James IX and sister Dale Waltz. Private services.
