76Leeam Phillip Kaliloa Ragudo, infant son of Paulino "Fishy" Ragudo and Punani Mundon of Kapaa, Kauai, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Lihue. He is also survived by brothers Bryson Duarte, Matthew and Joshua Ragudo, Leeland Planas and Levi Mundon; sister Leeani Mundon; and grandparents Richard and Dolly Ragudo, Francine Corona, and Leslie and Dina Planas. Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Feb. 28 at 5598 Hoku Road, Kapaa.
