He is survived by wife Desiree; daughters Laurelle, Lovelle, Leandrea and Lizhelle; parents Llewellyn and Eileen; brothers Louie and Russo Saya, and Ceferino Maduli III; and sisters Rosemary Maduli and Rochelle Manrique.
