78Delbert Ichiro Watanabe, 82, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Transportation land surveyor, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Jean, son Brent, daughter Roxanne and a grandchild. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Friday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary, East Chapel. Services: 6 p.m. Private inurnment.
