Raymond Hideo Sato, 75, of Kapaa, Kauai, a water department manager and chief engineer for Kauai and Honolulu counties, a state comptroller, an SSFM International Inc. consultant, and an Army veteran, died in the Regency at Puakea. He was born on Oahu. He is survived by wife Jean E., daughter Stephanie R.S. Char, brother Warren and two grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Garden Island Mortuary Chapel, Lawai. Services: 10:30 a.m. Casual attire.
